No salary only equity. I will not promote
I’ve been proposed a promising idea. I’m a developer and will be approaching this startup as a lead-dev/CTO. Is no salary with significant equity (20%-40%) reasonable? How common is this? I have people in my life telling me this either a good opportunity or a bad one. I understand the risks and that more startups fail than succeed.2
