I think i'm stuck on the 'ideas' stage

Hi there, 25M from Argentina. Since I've started 4 years ago in software development I decided that at some point I wanted to start something of my own, but I needed experience. Now, I've a little more experience but for some reason i feel stuck on the "ideas" part of my journey. I've a few ideas of apps or platform that i can implement but I find that there is competition that does it better or something and i never start. In the past, when I was finishing high school and had no job, I've started a GTA San Andreas gameserver with a community, with a website, a custom checkout, and that worked on that time. I was winning money with that, but now, for some reason i feel a little stuck, all the ideas I have I feel like they are not good enough to be carried out, before maybe this was an idea and I would start it directly, since I had all the time in the world Idk... how did you start your business, how did you shape your ideas? It would be a great help for me if you could tell me. Greetings
