Help managing leads/connections

Hey, Looking for some help. We have a small team and most things ourselves, we are really struggling with leads which comes via linkedin, email, WhatsApp, outbound/inbound etc.. the issue being that because we juggle so many plates we drop the ball on stuff. We tried spreadsheets and it failed badly. Any tips? Solution? Other than be more organised? Thanks
