Can you make someone a successful entrepreneur?

I could use some advice. I have a family member I really care about and trust a lot. I’ve been giving them tasks to help with one of my business ventures because I want them to eventually take over so I can focus on another. But here’s the thing: they don’t seem to have that fire in their belly. Sometimes it feels more like I’m managing an employee than working with someone who’s truly invested. They say they want it, but tasks often get left hanging, and there’s just not that same level of hustle I was hoping for. So, I’m starting to wonder—can you actually turn someone into an entrepreneur if they don’t have that drive from the start? Have any of you been in a similar situation?
