Staycation in Sikkim (Dec 22 - Jan 4) — Hostel/Hotel Suggestions & Local Tips?

Hey everyone, I'm heading to Sikkim from **Dec 22 to Jan 4** for a much-needed staycation to relax and unwind. Not planning to do much sightseeing but will spend most of my time in the city. I might rent a bike to explore local spots and enjoy the vibe. Looking for: 1. Hostel/hotel recs that won’t leave my wallet in tears (12 days is a long stay 🥲). 2. Fun stuff for Dec 25 & 31 - any cool local events, cafes, or places that come alive during the holidays? 3. If I rent a bike, where should I ride off to that’s not too far? Back by dinner, please.
