Anything wrong with the workplace etiquettes of Sikkimese Men?

A lot of my female friends in their 20s who have recently joined the service keep complaining about the kind of treatment they get from their male colleagues at work. Constantly trying to hit on younger women... Leave no stones unturned to find opportunities to make any possible advances and so on... All these in govt sector. I just want to know if other women have face similar situation... How prevalent is this?
