Need clinic space in shimla, sanjauli, nearby

I need 400 sq feet space in shimla. It can be in new shimla, sanjauli, may be in dhalli. I am open to other areas as well if it makes sense. My patients will come from peo as well. My budget is max 30k per month. Can someone help me out??
