Web 20 Ranker, is it good? How has your experience been?

Hey, was looking to boost my local SEO, tried some guest posts, citations with tiered PBNs to no results. Was considering web20ranker, couldn't find many reviews and considering they're not cheap, I had to ask. Possibly interested in their niche edits and guest posts. Thanks!
