URL is not available to Google

**UPDATE:** I resolved this by identifying the culprit is the plugin WP-CASSIFY. Turns out that however it's handling CAS authentication, is creating no fewer than 16 redirects behind the scenes, which is sending Google's indexer into a tizzy. \_\_\_\_\_ I've been trying to test a URL on **Google Search Console** and a m getting the following error: >URL is not available to GoogleThis page cannot be indexed.
