Thoughts on GSC 24H view?

Unless you’re a media outlet, personally, I wouldn’t give much importance to the new 24-hour view in Google Search Console. I don’t understand why so many SEO experts are rushing to talk about it as if it’s revolutionary. SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. If you’re waking up every morning to check if your traffic has gone up or down compared to the day before, you’re not looking at things from the right perspective. When people ask me: What’s a good click-through rate? A good conversion rate? A good number of impressions? My answer is always the same: it’s X better than it was a month ago… or better than the same period last year if you’re in a seasonal industry. Obsessing over daily micro-data won’t win you the race.
