Share WordPress login on Fiverr

Hi, I have been looking to get SEO done on my website and each Fiverr consultant is asking for admin access to WordPress. I imagine that would be needed but is there a risk of doing so? Can I take a website backup on my desktop before sharing the login? Any other things I should keep in mind? It's my first time - so welcome your thoughts. Thanks!
