Setting pages to draft/deleting pages on wordpress.

I want to create 5 new service pages, which are only offered at certain times of the year. If I create these pages and input all the content, when the time comes that im not offering that specific service at this time, should I set the page to draft? Should I delete it? How do you go about this? I assume if I set it to draft or delete it that I will have SEO issues such as 404's. Setting to draft might make more sense, but wouldnt this still result in a 404 if someone lands on the page somehow?
