Real Estate SEO Consultant

I am looking for suggestions for a SEO consultant, preferably someone that is versed in Real Estate. We are based out of Chicago. Looking to have someone go over social media, website and analytics to see what improvements can be made to increase our visibility. This is for an individual and not a company. Any helpful tips as to best practices or what to look for when hiring would be helpful as I do not have a background in SEO ! Thanks in advance !
