Rank in Next Town Over?

How do I get a site to rank in the next town over? For example, say I have a landscaping business in Town A, but I do work in Town B? So far I've made a Town B specific page, done the appropriate page linkings, and changed my service area in GBP. Is there anything else I should be doing?
