Random Trash Sites Linking To Me ?

Hi, Ive been getting trashy sites linking to my domain every other day. They all look exactly the same and the page is one of those that has hundreads of links in it. Semrush is showing that their DA is 5, but they are all trash. Where are they coming from and how do i stop them?
