Need help to choose a tranning program

I am an SEO with 14 years experience, taking care of SEO, Google ads and analytics in my organisation. My company paying me for a traning program. I can choose any program that of my choice that help me to my current job. I am thinking of one of these. 1. Basic python - may help me SEO and analytics 2. AI prompt engineering 3. Google bigquery, Can you suggest any of above or any other program that can help me in current job and my carrier. Thanks in Advance.
