Looking for On Page SEO optimization specialist

As the title says. It's a pretty small vanilla WordPress website that is trying to get off the ground. Blog style/how-to. No newsletter, payment gateways, etc. I have run into issues with Google blacklisting/not indexing pages. Trying to optimize with several streams of revenue.
