High Client Turnover for SEO

I work in the Local SEO industry for contractors and have noticed a shift. This year has been full of unexpected developments with marketing, especially with AI and Google core updates. There have also been outside forces like the economy, an election year, and future political paths that people are preparing for. With that being said, my agency is experiencing client turnover at a much higher rate than normal. The companies are in good places and our agency continues to deliver good results in quality of leads and growth. Many of the clients just want more and are looking at other places. Is this happening at your companies? Is the number of new clients your companies are getting smaller? My company is working through as much as we can to improve services and always have. I understand churn is part of the business, but it feels very sudden and I wanted to know if this is unique to my company or something seen everywhere.
