Double H1 tags

I just realized after running a scan in rank math that my site has double h1 tags. I believe the reason is because the hero section has an h1 tag and an h2 tag. That is displayed in desktop and tablet but the mobile version has a different hero section(it’s similar with wording but a smaller, similar photo is used). So in the mobile it has the same h1 and h2 tags as well. What is recommended here? It’s showing I have two h1 tags and h2 tags. Thanks.
