bigapplehead for removing reviews?

Has anyone had experience with this company for removing reviews on GMB? I’m currently trying to dispute a malicious one-star review, possibly left by a competitor. Not only do I not recognize the reviewer’s name, but they also misrepresented my industry and the services I provide. I’ve responded to the review professionally, flagged it, and escalated the issue to Google, but they ultimately refused to remove it. My business is new, and this is currently the only review on my page. I’m now considering hiring a company to help remove it and came across BigAppleHead. Is it legit?
