AdSense Settings Help

But still its showing site : [pickasource.com](http://pickasource.com) I added the adsese code to my website header tag, but this code is one which will shows ads to my whole website at pointed area, so i should not remove this code, suggest anyother options. Please i dont have required karma to make post on adsense community, so i tried in this community
