Google search result doesn't show our feature image or image thumbnails

Is there anyone whose Google search results don’t have image thumbnails? (It always existed in the past, but disappeared in the past year) Is there any solution? There are also people discussing this issue on the Internet, and I don’t know if it is a problem on Google’s side.
