Website thumbnail not appearing in Google search results after updating it - how to fix?

Hello everyone. I recently updated the thumbnail for my website, but even after a couple of weeks, the new thumbnail isn't showing up in Google search results. Instead, there's just a blank circle where the thumbnail should be whenever my website appears in the search results. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this issue?
