Local Pack - Allowing suggested services by hitting "OK" (Help or hurt?)

Review these published updates to make sure they are accurate." \[EDIT\] \[OK\] Has anyone found that hitting "OK" actually helps your visibility, after manually optimizing it to the best of your ability? I've found that allowing all these repetitive keywords into your services actually hurts more than helps. Just seeing what others experience. Thanks
