Would anyone be able to affordably help me remove negative autocomplete suggestions on my name?

I’m a student who ended up in a really unlucky situation where I was falsely accused. I almost took my own life over it. For a year, everyone has been telling me how terrible they feel for me. I want to move on and have suppressed the content well but the autocomplete suggestions continue to direct everyone to the negative content. It would be greatly appreciated - thank you.
