Would a backlink on a google sheet that is embedded on a website help my site?

The website has a google sheet embedded on it. If a link to my site was on the google sheet, would it help pass link equity/juice....or is it only good for traffic? The google sheet is private so you can't add whatever to it. From my research, Google does index google sheets that meet specific criteria, but I still am unsure if Google values these types of links
