What is the best way to structure your SEO service?

Hi all. Currently I work for a SEO agency with 30+ clients. However, I feel as if we offer a lot and carry out a lot of tasks at low value. I do believe we should be charging more for the amount of work we undertake per client. As we go into Q1, I need to improve our strategy whether it be looking at hours per task, hourly rate of SEO & how to upcharge for SEO. Any advice would help me a lot. I need to strip back the current model and highlight some value in what we provided to increase these potential clients budgets.
