We made "Reddit Video Download" tool, but google "Crawled - currently not indexed", how to fix this ?

We developed a Reddit Video Download tool, but Google has not indexed it yet. The status in GCS has been "Crawled - currently not indexed" for about two weeks now. Searching for answers online, most point to "content quality" issues. However, the main content of our page is just a simple tool? What else do we need to optimize the "content quality"? (We have already added an introduction, usage instructions, FAQ, and other content.)
