Visibility on maps

Can a business’s visibility decrease if it is bundled in a directory? Ex, my client’s clinic is in an office building with many other businesses and Google has bundled them all under the building’s address. So now the clinic is under the building’s directory. I tried to see if I can get any info on this but I couldn’t find anything so thought of asking the sub.
