SEO Experts - Advise plz

Hello everyone I am working on guide which has around 11 sub sections. Each sub sections talking about different intent and use cases. Each chapter would have around 500-800 words. I am confused on how to go ahead with publishing this guide. Here are 2 options I have: Option 1: Publish as a single resource page with all the chapters within a single page, targetting the main keyword. Option 2: Publish chapterwise. All the 11 chapter would have separate slugs, targetting intent based keyword. Both have their own pros n cons. Need your suggestion on how to go ahead.
