Scamadviser issue

A competitor has been attempting to damage my small business by posting negative reviews on Scamadviser.com. Despite having seven negative reviews and no positive reviews of them, they still have a Trust score of 100. However, they posted a single negative review about my store, which immediately reduced my Trust score to 90. Why this might have happened ? I understand that i shouldn't do this ideally, but I feel compelled to fight for my business’s survival. Could you please advise me on how I can post their review on Scamadviser in a way that it gets approved and negatively impacts their trust score?
