Page crawled - currently not indexed

I am having an ongoing issue with one of the pages on my site. After properly implementing a 301 redirect to a new page, the message in Google Search Console is: "Page crawled - currently not indexed." I have already taken all the following steps to no avail: ✅ Set up a 301 redirect properly. ✅ Optimize the content of the target page to be high quality and unique. ✅ Update internal links to point to the target page. ✅ Check the robots.txt file for noindex tags. ✅ Include the target page in a sitemap and resubmit it to Google. ✅ Improve page speed and user experience. ✅ Manually request indexing via Google Search Console. Despite all these efforts, the target page has not been indexed yet, which is negatively impacting my site's search engine performance.
