Not sure of I need a specific strategy...

I offer online music lessons. My closest big city is about 30 minutes away and where I would like to tap into more. I have a great looking website (wix) I have a Google Business page (30+ five star reviews) I do actually show up on page 1, just quite far down. My question is, for someone who runs an online business but doesn't have a physical address that's relevant to the business, how do I tap into the traffic of a specific location. Right now, I appear on when you search 'Music lessons in (city)' but my google business has an address that is located outside of that city which I hear can hinder your search results etc.? I hope I'm making sense? Thanks in advance!
