Looking for simple backlink strategies for a blog with 45k monthly users

I run a blog where I publish legal articles, and it attracts about 45,000 users per month. I’ve been building backlinks through outreach to reporters and organizations, but I’d like to incorporate some simpler strategies into my process. For example, I’ve considered re-posting some of my articles on platforms like Medium or Quora. However, I’ve heard that Medium doesn’t do much to boost SEO. So, here’s my question: Are there other platforms or methods that can effectively support backlink-building efforts while being relatively straightforward to implement? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
