Is this a good SEO startegy?

Hi, Say you have a service business which you can sell to many industries. Is it a good strategy to create pages for each industry you sell to? Such as: \- Painting Services for Churches and Monasteries \- Painting Services for Gyms, Yoga Studios \- Painting Services for Office Buildings \- Painting Services for Restaurants and the list could go on for a long time... Now the content within can be different or at least varied to a degree, but it will contain some of the same main benefits of the service. Is this a good strategy? Does Google punish you if you publish 1000 of these in a day?
