Is backlink from websites which traffic is 0 helpful for ranking?

I used ahrefs to get some high related backlinks for my industry. Recently I just noticed that some high related backlinks with DA >30 HAS NO TRAFFIC，which had large traffic several months ago but now had no traffic. I assumed these websites are affected by the recent google updates. my question is is it still very useful to get these high DA backlinks but traffic very low.
