Is £1900 too much for an SEO audit ?

I’ve just been quoted £1900 for an SEO audit which is supposed cover: 1) Comparison with another website to see why my website ranks poorly in SERPs 2) They will produce a report with recommendations on what needs improving This seems quite a lot for me for this task. Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.
