How to improve SEO positioning for a social media account on google

so by profession i am a sysadmin, but lately my boss has given me a task to improve her twitter account position in google search results. If i search her name in google another women's Instagram comes in the first and her twitter comes 2nd which she wants to be first on the page. I have looked into it, couldn't get any straight answers. I found that it also depends on the account activity and presence. Only relevant solution i found is using backlinks from reputed website or maybe start a google ads campaign. How can improve the seo positioning for such a problem. I also don't know if its the right place to ask the question but i am gonna take my shot.
