How to filter and cluster thousands of keywords in Google Sheet with AI? Prompt Help Needed
I want to speed up my work and therefore I need to find a solution. My current progress: 1. In Ahrefs, reverse engineering competitor keywords (filtering out only the ones that are relevant to the seed keyword of my client and generate at least 1 traffic + minimum 3 words) and doing topical KW research, then merging all the list in Google Sheet and removing duplications. 2. Manually going trough the list of keywords one by one (can be 1-2-3000 keywords, before cleanup it can be 6-8000 too) and marking or deleting the totally irrelevant ones what's left in the list somehow. It's super time consuming, so, before clustering, I want to do this somehow with AI. I have Google Sheet addon, that can run OpenAI prompts in a cell where you wrote a prompt and you can reference to other cells, so you can do mass tasks \-------- This prompt NOT works perfectly with 4o mini / 4o: \[Act as a world-class SEO expert and content writer who works in the industry more than a decade, knows everything about keyword research and content strategy. Categorize the search query by it is worth to target with a content or not, for a \[client industry\] blog. If the keyword is better for service related pages, then write NO. If it is good for an info or middle of the funnel content to write a blogpost targeting the keyword, write YES. Don't write anything else, just the answer. I want to filter out all the keywords that are not worth to write a blog content for the client ",A2, \] It says sometimes NO for totally good keywords like "why my hot tub foamy" or "what is branding" and so on and YES for not good keyword like "branding agency boston". \----------------- 3. Currently I need to put the manually selected keywords in a paid tool to cluster them. That's what I want to avoid. I'm thinking on copy-paste the list of manually selected keywords (around 6-700 of the original 2k) in the newest ChatGPT model (o3-mini) and ask it to setup 5-10 categories. Then run a prompt in a new column's cell to categorize the final list of keywords. TL;DR - Is there any idea for a better prompt to select non-blogpost worth keywords? and for clustering the final list of KWs? Thanks in advance.1
