How to build a team for optimal online presence?

I manage a healthcare business in the USA with multiple websites for various niches. Each business has multiple locations in various cities. We’re at a point now where it would make sense financially to assemble an “online presence” team and bring all this in-house. I have good connections in my home country too with people who can do this work. On my checklist so far: - SEO expert - social media manager - copywriter Am I missing anything else? Do I need multiple SEO experts to target specific subspecialties (technical & internal, external & backlink building)? I figured this team could work together for coordinated releases of blogs and social media posts etc
