Help needed - lots of traffic but no ranking on SEO

Hey! I run a jobs website with horrendous Google ranking - like it’s really f*king bad. I get most my traffic through non-SEO ways, but I need to get my Google rank up. I’m now veering into the world of finding semi-credible (if there’s such a thing) of link buying to rank higher. Not sure if it’ll work, but I don’t have the time to start emailing these blogs and paying them $50 for a back link. What would people recommend? How many DA60+ backlinks? I’m scraping the barrel on fiverr here, any recommendations?
