Google overriding meta descriptions?

I’m having trouble with Google overriding my custom meta descriptions. Despite using unique meta descriptions set with AIO SEO, Google often displays text from what appears to be a FAQ section on my site. I’ve checked my JSON-LD schema markup, which includes LocalBusiness, BreadcrumbList, Review, and Offer types—but no FAQPage or Question/Answer schema. The content is definitely on the page, but not marked up as FAQ. I’ve also verified my meta descriptions follow recommended best practices (length, keyword inclusion, etc.). I do have many pages but all serving different towns/areas with all unique content (the FAQ generally stays the same) Has anyone experienced Google pulling in on-page content instead of the set meta description when there’s no FAQ schema? - What else should I check or modify to encourage Google to use my meta descriptions?
