Google My Business Glitch Shows incorrect Number of Reviews; Count Them They Are Still There

Over the past three days, I’ve seen my overall reviews number drop from 122 to 92. I was furious at first thinking they were pulling a Yelp and not including reviews at random. Simply put, it’s an update gone awry. When they will fix this is anyone’s guess. Go to your GMB and count thee reviews there. You will notice that they are all there. My business will be ok, but I imagine anyone that’s built a pretty good reputation with hard earned reviews from their clientele could have their business reputation take a hit. Does this not sound like grounds for a class action lawsuit? Of course, the problem is that only the lawyers get anything out of it.
