Does AB testing copy affect SEO?

We use AB Tasty on our website to show different copy to different audiences. For instance - we will change the copy about wait times on weekend days vs week days. We will show membership content to people who have clicked through on an email and tourism content for international visitors. I am curious what (if any) of these changes Google picks up on. I've been noticing that our website is displayed often on Google's AI overview, but the information is incorrect. Are there levers we can pull here? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
