Current December Spam updates hit our local business site

December 19 Google started spam updates which effect our ranking to downside. I have read spam policy and i feel we didn't violate Google spam policy. And saw some sites which contents quality is very lower then ours and Google rank them over us. Our site ia regarding transport, bus rental. Can anyone advise accordingly please.
