Blog structuring using EEAT format
Our client is an educational institution that provides certification courses both globally and locally. We are revamping the client’s website blog section to align with Google's latest algorithm updates and workflow, incorporating E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles and E-A-V (Engage, Add Value) strategies. Previously, blog content was attributed to trainers who conducted the respective courses or had niche expertise. However, most of these trainers are not full-time employees. While 5-6 trainers work as in-house staff, the rest are freelancers or are hired for specific batches. As a result, listing their names in the "Written by" section is not feasible. Currently, the blog content is written by the client’s digital marketing team. Including their names in the "Written by" section may negatively impact the client's credibility. Google might identify the writers as part of a digital marketing agency rather than experts in the relevant training fields. My Solution Craete a Editorial policy & Write a short author bio that focuses on the team's collective expertise. Example: "The Editorial Team consists of experienced writers and researchers dedicated to providing accurate, helpful, and well-researched content for learners worldwide." General blog when trainer just reviewd and content written by editorial team Default Strategy: Written By: "[Edtech(Client name) Editorial Team" | Reviewed By: [Trainer Name], [Credentials] Also Include If the course trainer is significantly involved in writing or co-writing the content and plays a central role in creating the blog. When the trainer can dedicate time to contribute directly to the content or heavily shape the draft. Selective Use: Written By: "[Trainer Name], [Credentials]" for critical, high-expertise blogs. Can you Suggest any better option for my problem2
