Backlink Monitor tool ?

Which is the best and most affordable tool to track all the backlinks you built? To monitor 401/404 and dropped etc - with somehow automated emails to notify if Webmaster drop the backlinks you’ve built? Shill me some tips! I want to have a scalable solution - that is somewhat affordable and don’t overcharge. Tried a few but not satisfied
