Anyone used Fatjoe before?

Was looking for link building options, came across Fatjoe. Anyone use them before? Seems to have mixed reviews with many saying its quality of work is bad for what they charged. But on a whole, it looks promising but I can’t see any real results from anybody. How does this work? Lol
