Anyone know any good on-page SEO AB testing case studies?

I'm working with a client’s e-commerce site and putting together a presentation. I want to back up my recommendations with studies that prove organic click increases—think A/B testing results. I’m struggling to find solid case studies specifically focused on **product specifications and descriptions**. Not titles or meta tags, but the actual sections of the site dedicated to these two parts. Does anyone know of any good sources I can check out? Also, if you have any other effective on-page suggestions that work well, I’d love to hear them! Anything regarding actual changes that have yielded nice results other than the basic stuff.
