Looking to buy farm land in or near Ranchi

I am currently living in Delhi but I am planning to move to Ranchi within 3 years. I have purchased a land for house in Namkum area, and another land as investment in Ormanjhi region. But these are small pieces (2600 sq ft each). I am looking to buy a farm land at cheap rate. I have got to know that I can find land at lower than 50k per decimal with decent connectivity. I am from Bihar and we can find land for very cheap in farm area like 10-15 lakhs for 1 bigha so my expectations come from there. Requirements: - At least 100 decimil/decimal (40000 sqft plus) - Must have road connectivity. Even if black road is not present there should be some connectivity to the land piece wide enough for a truck (12ft) - Rate - as cheap as possible - Location - in or around Ranchi. Should not be very far from town. - General land. Any leads are highly appreciated. I do not live in Ranchi so I will prefer direct connections. Thank you
